Initiate the Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring plants are secured to prevent shifting and pottery is cushioned to avoid breakage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our greenhouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
